You may choose from one of our three rate
plans, depending on whether your priorities lie with low calling rates or high quality and
technical support.
DUAL Talk Gold
If you choose DUAL Talk Gold, then you will be buying our best quality routes and be
eligible for discounts of between 5% and 25%, depending on your average
daily spend on calls.
DUAL Talk Silver
This tariff offers our standard quality routes and is usually suitable for call shops.
You will also have the opportunity to select DUAL Talk Gold routing for certain
destinations, and you will still be eligible for discounts
of between 5% and 25%,
depending on your average daily spend on calls.
DUAL Talk LCR
DUAL Talk Silver and DUAL Talk Gold are both "managed services". If
you need the lowest rates, then you may choose this tariff. You will be using our
lowest quality routes and will not be eligible to our free equipment configuration
service. The minimum payment on thi tariff is USD 500.
Wholesale rates
A-Z termination services for VoIP carriers and busy call shops. Discounts of between 5%
and 25% are available if your choose our DUAL Talk Silver
tariff. DUAL Talk LCR offers our lowest rates, and requires a minimum payment of
$500.

| We offer a complete solution for call shops. If required, we can
supply the VoIP hardware to connect to your booth telephones. Our web based Booth
Management system is available to all of our call shop customers at no extra charge.
The system automatically detects the booths at your call shop and offers you a separate
web page for each booth. Each page shows you the call in progress in the booth, and
the calls that have recently been completed. When your customer has paid, you can
clear the list of completed calls and reset the charges due on the booth to zero.
The billing system can be used to enable and disable individual booths and supports
both post-pay and pre-pay call shop operations.
Our calls are sent to multiple international carriers using own own TDM gateways in
London. This assures you of the high available and good audio quality that your
customers demand.

| DUAL Talk Resale is an extension
of our standard calling products that allows you use the DUAL Talk gateways and online
billing system to offer your own customers a fully featured telephone calling service
under your own brand name. Using a special Reseller Control Panel, you will be able
to create individual accounts for your customers; set their spending limits and set the
rates that they will pay you for calls. Your customers will have access to an online
control panel with your company name on it. You can offer your customers a softdialler
branded with your company image. If your customers run call shops, you can even
offer them our call shop management system (see above).

| You can use almost any H.323 or SIP compliant LAN phone or gateway device
to access the DUAL Talk network. These include the Cisco ATA 186, the Grandstream
BudgeTone 100, the Welltech FXS gateways such as the WellGate 3504, the PCPhoneLine.com
range, the Cisco ATA 188, the Quintum Tenor A800, the Elesign ESC1710 and the Elesign
4800. If you do not have any hardware or software for calling, then try DUAL Phone, the software dialer designed
specifically for making international telephone calls from your Windows PC.
