| You can access your DUAL Talk account and make calls without having any
Voice over IP software or hardware. We offer two UK access numbers (020 and 0845).
When you call one these numbers from your landline or mobile telephone, you will be
prompted for your account number and password. If you have funds in your account,
you will be able to make calls, which are billed to your DUAL Talk accounts at your
standard rates, plus a calling card fee of USD 0.01 per minute. When you signup for an account, you will
have the opportunity to enable UK Calling Card access on your account.
Alternatively, you can switch on calling card access from your online control panel at http://my.dualtalk.com/.
You should be aware that DUAL Talk is not a replacement for a regular landline.
Specifically:
- There is no access to emergency services, directory enquiries or operator assistance
- The service may not work if there is a power cut or failure of your internet connection
- There is no ability to port telephone numbers
- CLI is not supported
- There are no special measures for end users with disabilities
- Freephone calls are itemised
- There are restrictions on certain number ranges and country codes

| If you have a suitably equipped FXO gateway with local telephone numbers
connected, then you may offer a calling card service in your location through DUAL Talk. This
solution works in conjunction with the DUAL Talk
reseller programme. Callers will be prompted for their account number and
password and your gateway will authenticate their credentials by contacting our RADIUS
server in London. You will be able to create calling cards; set rates and set each
cards spending limits using your Reseller Control Panel. Your customers will be able
to view their call records using a control panel branded with your company name.
This system works with the Quintum
Tenor range of second generation FXO gateways, which we can supply to you as part of a
