  • Calling rates

    We offer three tariff and routing plans:

    - DUAL Talk Gold
    - DUAL Talk Silver
    - DUAL Talk LCR

    You can choose your tariff depending on your traffic profile and whether your priorities lie with low rates or high voice quality.

    We reward higher spending customers with discounts of between 5% and 19% determined by their spending levels.

  • Wholesale rates

    Reseller and wholesale customers with high volume can use our "DUAL Talk LCR" or "DUAL Talk Silver" tariffs and are eligible for discounts of up to 19% depending on volume.

Three tariffs

We operate three different tariff tables, and, within certain constraints, you can choose your tariff, depending on the level of technical support you need and the quality of the calls that you require:

DUAL Talk Gold
This tariff provides you with our highest quality calling service, suitable for consumer use or for reselling into the retail market.

DUAL Talk Silver
This tariff offers you a good quality of service, usually suitable for call shops and for reselling into the wholesale market.

If you priority is low calling rates rather than call quality, then this tariff can provide you with a large pool of interconnections.  Free technical support is not offered with this tariff.

Detailed comparison

DUAL Talk Silver and DUAL Talk Gold are "managed services", which means, within pricing constraints, we will do our best to provide a good level of service and quality.  DUAL Talk LCR offers our lowest possible rates and is suitable for customers who do not need any technical support.

Call routing

Our highest quality routes.  Almost all white TDM. Standard routing, usually suitable for call shops and reselling activities.  A reasonable blending of white and grey routes. Based on a least cost algorithm.


Higher rates to reflect the routing strategy. Standard pricing. Our lowest priced tariff.


Discounts of between 5% and 19% are automatically applied following large prepayments.

Routing flexibility

You may choose different tariffs for different destinations by contacting our support team.

Minimum payment

USD 10.

Service fee

No monthly fee.

Routing support

These are "managed services" and we aim to resolve routing problems within three hours during office hours and within twelve hours at other times. Routing issues are usually resolved by rate adjustments.

Configuration support

We will assist you with the configuration of your equipment, subject to engineer availability.  This service is free of charge. Configuration support is charged at $75 per hour.

Call shop billing

The call shop billing system is available free of charge to all customers.

Reseller system

The reseller system is available free of charge to all customers.
