  • Calling rates

    We offer three tariff and routing plans:

    - DUAL Talk Gold
    - DUAL Talk Silver
    - DUAL Talk LCR

    You can choose your tariff depending on your traffic profile and whether your priorities lie with low rates or high voice quality.

  • Volume discounts

    We reward higher spending customers on our "DUAL Talk Silver" and "DUAL Talk Gold" tariffs with discounts of between 5% and 25% depending on their spending levels.

  • Wholesale rates

    Reseller and wholesale customers with high volume can use our "DUAL Talk LCR" or "DUAL Talk Silver" tariff.

    "DUAL Talk Silver" customers are eligible for discounts of up to 25% depending on volume.

Three tariffs

We operate three different tariff tables, and, within certain constraints, you can choose your tariff, depending on the level of technical support you need and the quality of the calls that you require:

DUAL Talk Gold
This tariff provides you with our highest quality calling service, suitable for consumer use or for reselling into the retail market.

DUAL Talk Silver
This tariff offers you a good quality of service, usually suitable for call shops and for reselling into the wholesale market.

DUAL Talk LCR
If you priority is low calling rates rather than call quality, then this tariff can provide you with a large pool of interconnections.  Free technical support is not offered with this tariff.

Detailed comparison

DUAL Talk Silver and DUAL Talk Gold are "managed services", which means, within pricing constraints, we will do our best to provide a good level of service and quality.  DUAL Talk LCR offers our lowest possible rates and is suitable for customers who do not need any technical support.

Call routing

Our highest quality routes.  Almost all white TDM. Standard routing, usually suitable for call shops and reselling activities.  A reasonable blending of white and grey routes. Based on a least cost algorithm.

Pricing

Higher rates to reflect the routing strategy. Standard pricing. Our lowest priced tariff.

Discounts

Discounts of between 5% and 25% are automatically applied monthly. No discounts available.

Routing flexibility

You may choose particular destinations for Gold or Silver routing and the Volume Discount will still apply.  You may not use the DUAL Talk LCR tariff. You may choose Silver or Gold routing for chosen destinations.  No Volume Discount will be available.

Rate changes

Some destinations will change monthly and you will be informed of the changes. Every destination changes frequently to mirror the wholesale market.

Minimum spend

No minimum spending requirement. No minimums, but each payment must be $500 or higher, otherwise an 8% fee is charged.

Service fee

No monthly fee.

Routing support

If you have problems with particular destinations ("Urgent support"), we aim to respond to you with 3 hours during office hours and within 12 hours at other times. We aim to respond to your requests within 2 working days.

Configuration support

We will assist you with the configuration of your equipment, subject to engineer availability.  This service is free of charge. Configuration support is charged at $75 per hour.

Call shop billing

The call shop billing system is available free of charge to all customers.

Reseller system

The reseller system is available to all customers.

Switching tariffs

You may switch to a different tariff at any time.  If you switch to DUAL Talk LCR, you will be charged for any configuration support you received during the previous two months and your balance must be $500 or more. You may switch your base tariff to DUAL Talk Silver or DUAL Talk Gold at any time.

Codecs

G.729 and G.723.1.  G.711 is available on request. G.723.1 and G.729 only.

Fax

Likely to work to most destinations, subject to equipment compatibility. Unlikely to work.

DTMF

Likely to work to most destinations, subject to equipment compatibility. Works to some destinations.

UK CLI

Available on request, subject to UK regulatory constraints. Not guaranteed.
