| We operate a volume discount scheme on our "DUAL Talk Gold" and
"DUAL Talk Silver" tariffs. Volume discounts are calculated on the 23rd
day of every month. On that day, we calculate the average daily spend on accounts
for the previous month and apply the new discount on the first day of the next month. This
table shows the tiered discount structure that is used for the calculation.

In calculating the average daily spend, we take into account:
- The total spend on outbound calls
- Per minute fees such as UK Calling Card access or reseller fees
- The total spend on inbound calls
The following costs are not included in the calculation of your average daily spend:
- Service charges
- Credit card transaction fees
The Volume Discount Scheme does not apply to DUAL Talk LCR customers. |
