We reward higher spending customers on our
"DUAL Talk Silver" and "DUAL Talk Gold" tariffs with discounts of
between 5% and 25% depending
on their spending levels.
To use PCPhoneLine devices with DUAL Talk, we recommend the H.323 version
of the PCPhoneLine software.
Make sure the IP address you use has been added to your DUAL Talk
account. If you did not add this address while setting up your account, then add
this IP address at the Access Methods area of My DUAL Talk; the online account management system.
If the PCPhoneLine software is running, you should see the PCPhoneLine on the Windows
System tray at the bottom right hand side of your screen. Right click on the icon
and select Account.
The Account Number box can be left blank:

Click on the Special Setup button and enter gw1.dualtalk.com
into the Gateway field.

Press OK and OK to close the configuration utility.
Make a test call by dialling 123. You should hear a recorded announcement.
Dynamic IP addresses
Make sure that your DUAL Talk account has been configured for dynamic IP
addresses. If you did not do this while setting up your account, then set this
option now at the Access Methods area of My DUAL Talk; the online account management system.

Change the Account Number field to be 1822 followed by your DUAL
Talk account number followed by your DUAL Talk password (emailed to you when you set up
your account). For example, if your account number is 200100 and your password is
900100, set the Account Number to 1822200100900100:
